由於主要的ERP系統都是自行開發，也分享給四個關係企業使用，因此對於企業在HRM工作上的需求有著強烈的感受，過去四十多年中面臨了許多影響HRM的變革，比如勞保、健保、二代健保的迍邅，勞基法對於休假規定的變化，員工工作型態的演化..等等，在這過程當中，我們看到許多客戶、同業、甚至朋友、同學經營的公司，往往在管理作業上趕不上變化而頭痛，對於我們可以用程式代勞，還可以適時的對HRM系統進行修改，都十分欽羨。四十年來，這些公司雖然陸陸續續電腦化，但多數使用套裝軟體，因系統的僵化，還是難以靈活應變。
我們公司在開發過程中，因Open Source之賜，得到很大的助力，亟思分享經驗作為回饋。適逢主要的ERP系統考慮做較大的更新，因此利用改版之便，擬由HRM開始嘗試，透過Github開發為OSS，與大家集思廣益，並將所有的程式碼分享大眾。
